Ms. Higdon is the Principal/CEO of HH Logistics Planning, LLC providing Logistics Planning and Move Management services.  She has over 20 years in the construction/project management industry and specializes in complex logistics planning projects.  She possesses extensive knowledge of government contract management, administrative office interiors, special collections, project management, schedule and budget development, vendor management, and transition team facilitation.  Coupled with her passion for the delivery of a seamless relocation for her clients, Yolonda provides tremendous value to the logistics planning and management facilities culture.   Interfacing with architects, construction managers, facility managers, contractors and administrative teams, she assists in reviewing plans for relocations to interim spaces, future operations, assessing equipment needs/purchases, information technology integration and planning for grand openings and facility closures.   Ms. Higdon has been a LEED AP (Interior Design + Construction) since 2009 and obtained her PMP certification in 2011.  Ms. Higdon dedicates time and remains current with logistic trends regarding “moving green” by her membership and affiliation with the B Corporation (B Corps are for-profit companies certified by the nonprofit B Lab to meet rigorous standards of social and environmental performance, accountability, and transparency).  HH Logistics Planning, LLC has been a B-Certified company since 2015. 

Ms. Higdon has simultaneously worked on several large-scale relocation projects including the Cleveland Park Library, The West End Library and the Carpenter’s Shelter.    

HH Logistics Planning, LLC is MBE/SBE/DBE certified through MDOT, WOSB (SBA), CBE, WBE (WBENC), SLBE/MBE (Charles County) and MBE certified through MSDC.
